Family Tree
I do not hame a Family Tree on this website. See Explanation below for how to access the family tree on other websites.
Explanation
In the beginning, I kept my family tree locally, on my personal computer. As I did research and gathered more information, I would update this local family tree. With sites like Family Search, it didn't make sense to keep a local family tree updated. So, a few years ago, I migrated/merged my local family tree into the FamilySearch Family Tree website (familysearch.org). For more information on how to access this website, go to my on familysearch.org page.
More recently, I copied my family tree to Ancestry.com. For more information, go to my on ancestry.com page.
October, 2022 Update
While on my family tree in Ancestry.com, I saw a hint to the parents of my great-grandmother Maria Sowinska (1854-1921). She was the mother of my grand-father John Janicki. According to the hint, Maria's mother was Franciszka Tomczak (1834-). This was the first clue I found of ancestors who lived in Poland, and was independent from previous info I got from Aunt Steph (see here). After determining it was a reasonable source, I added these persons from Poland into the family tree.
See below for a partial family tree that highlights these individuals
Note: The boxes and text in blue are for persons, including my grand-father John Janicki, who were already in my family tree.
